We are writing to inform you of some temporary changes that will be taking place at our hotel.
Starting from the 25th of March, we will be conducting maintenance work on our main swimming pool deck area. This work is necessary to ensure that our facilities continue to meet the highest standards of quality and safety for our guests.
The maintenance work is expected to last until the 16th of April, and during this period, the main swimming pool deck area will be closed.
However, we want to assure you that our other two swimming pools will be fully operational during this time. Our Royal Wing Pool will be available for all guests, and our Salt Swimming Pool will also be open.
In addition to our pools, our guests can still enjoy the beach area which will be open throughout the maintenance period.
We understand that the pool facilities are an integral part of our guests' experience and apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
However, we are confident that our other swimming pool facilities, together with the beach area, will provide our guests with the same level of enjoyment and relaxation that they have come to expect from us.
